Where Biomedical Sciences meets community!
Alumni Biomedical Sciences is an association for graduates of the Biomedical Sciences program at the University of Fribourg and the University of Bern. Our mission is to foster a strong and lasting network that connects alumni, students, professors and industry partners and promotes collaboration and knowledge exchange.
Our association was founded in April 2013 by former biomedicine students and has since grown every year with new members and industry partners. Together, we are building a sustainable and dynamic scientific community that builds bridges between academia and industry.

Alumni Award
Each year, the Biomedical Science Alumni Award recognizes the best master's thesis in biomedical science at the University of Bern. The award comes with a prize money to celebrate excellence in research and to support the next steps of an emerging scientist
Memberships of Alumni Biomedical Sciences
Membership of Alumni Biomedical Sciences gives you access to an exchange of experience and costs CHF 80 per year. You also become part of the Alumni UniBE community.
Graduates receive a free trial membership if they register within the first year after graduation.
Students are also welcome and benefit from a free membership!
